The snowy mountain guardian of the city is called Illimani and emerges from the mountain range of the Andes to witness the chores of the city of La Paz.

Hop onboard our comfortable bus of only 12 passengers that will take you to the viewpoint of Killi Killi. Here the guide will tell you about the topography of the city and important places. Impressive photographs can be taken from this viewpoint.

From Killi Killi we descend back into the city visiting the main square of La Paz, Murillo Square. Here you will see historical attractions such as the Metropolitan Cathedral, Government Palace and the Constituent Assembly Palace. This square is a focal meeting place for many residents.

We travel to the amazing Valley of the Moon where you will see the replica of the Tiwanaku semi-suburban temple. At the site you will walk between impressive geological formations and natural mazes that seem to be from another world. The landscapes are wonderful for taking amazing photographs and the tranquility of the place, an impressive contrast to the bustle of the city.

The yellow line cable car is the next stop on your tour. The bus will leave you at Libertador station where you take an aerial crossing. You will see the snowy mountain called Illimani that is guardian of the city. At Sopocachi station we board the bus that takes us back to the city. We will visit the witches market, a place full of traditions and objects to make Andean ancestral rituals. Pachamama "the mother earth" is very important for the inhabitants of La Paz and to offer offerings is part of their life, for example you will be able to see suyus or llama fetuses that are buried after a ritual when the construction of a house or building will begin.

We descend through the steep streets of the city surrounded by colorful handicrafts until we reach the Church of San Francisco, a majestic Colonial Baroque Mestiza Church where thousands of residents meet for different activities.

The tour ends is this sector where you can continue shopping, visit the Church and feel the beat of the city!
